Job Description:
Zurich is currently looking for an entry level F & I Customer
Support Consultant. The Customer Support Consultant will be
responsible for processing a high volume of telephone and
electronic inquiries from the organization's agents/brokers,
insures, customers, claimants, and prospective customers that may
require extensive research to ensure delivery of excellent customer
service. Must be willing to work the following schedule: Monday -
Friday from 10:30am to 7:00pm CST.
This position is a hybrid model that supports a blend of in office
and remote work from one of the following office locations:
Overland Park, KS or Schaumburg, IL.
