DescriptionWhat You'll Do
As a REMPREX Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the
primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing drivers at
REMPREX intermodal facilities. You will provide exceptional
customer service via our innovative technology tools including
high-definition images, live video, and two-way communication. You
will be stationed in a highly technologically advanced environment
that serves as the premier hub for North America intermodal
transportation, equipped with 36 monitors displaying live video
feeds. Customer Service Representatives make timely decisions to
assist with on-site failures to automatic systems to ensure
efficiency and safety for the customers we serve.

Work EnvironmentThe Network Gate Operator works in an office
environment in our Lisle, IL headquarters, working closely and
communicating with others. The position requires long periods of
sitting and viewing computer screens. Occasional bending, reaching,
standing, walking, and carrying can occur.
HoursREMPREX operations are 24/7/365. We offer full and part time
opportunities across various shifts.
