Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to
support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operating variances and communicate insights across
customer and coding operations
Own operations models, including capacity planning and staffing
models to inform decision-making
Support executive leadership deliverables and provide ad hoc
financial analysis across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field or
equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in investment banking, management
consulting, or high-growth technology company
Passion and understanding of the healthcare technology industry
Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills
Ability to analyze complex operational and financial data
