Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to manage finance
operations and ensure compliance while leading a high-performing
team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and consolidate financial statements, perform account
analysis, and manage budgets and forecasting
Implement internal control processes and create key performance
indicators (KPIs) for business results
Act as the primary contact during audits and ensure compliance
through developed internal controls
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business
Administration, or International Management (CPA or CA
preferred)
3-5 years of experience in a multinational company in controlling,
cost accounting, or as a business analyst
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel
Familiarity with Xero, SAP, Stripe, and Ramp is a plus
Proactive approach and self-reliant personality
