Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting
operations and ensure financial reporting integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger,
accounts payable, and payroll
Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
with GAAP
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and
coordinate reporting with other departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
or CMA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years
in a Controller or leadership role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Experience managing and mentoring accounting staff
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
