seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst within our Human Resources
team. This role operates in a fast-paced and fluid environment
within the JLL Reward team supporting our global business
lines.
- Partnering with Leadership and HR
- Proactively develop and foster collaborative working
relationships with key clients and stakeholders that will include
Business Leaders, HR, Operations, Finance and Legal.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor through your understanding
of their business and compensation expertise to enable the
development of solutions that support the strategic business
needs.
- Drive Reward Strategy Through Design, Implementation and
Administration of Reward Plans and Programs
- Support compensation initiatives to implement, develop and
administer compensation programs within multiple regions or
business units that support the business strategy of the assigned
group(s).
- Help evaluate the competitiveness of the compensation plans by
compiling and analyzing statistical data from internal and external
market sources. Formulate recommendations regarding salary ranges
and incentive structures for specific jobs and development of
company/practice salary.
- May lead complex projects over multiple business units or
regions. Serve as a subject matter expert.
- Provides counsel to HR and Business leadership on compensation
issues related to company pay structures, pay change
recommendations, new hire offers, wage and hour regulations,
policy/procedure interpretation, incentive programs, etc.
- Evaluate and advise on industry trends
- Proactively monitor the compensation industry and changes that
might affect JLL's Compensation initiatives, identify and make
recommendations to reward partner for action.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions to complex
issues.
- Manage year-end compensation administration
- Support the process with HR and senior management to determine
methodology and approach to be followed in year-end pay
administration. This includes budget analysis and recommendations,
modeling results, and setting up the compensation support tool to
comply with methodology and budgets agreed upon. Review and analyze

experience.Estimated total compensation for this position:
95,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is
an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an
