college music students and college graduates the opportunity to

Field Training - Interns will accompany a department staff member
to minister and teach at divisional music camps and conservatories

older, they will be on faculty for CMI and Resonate. If they are
younger than 22 years old, they will be a full-time student
participating in any available leadership curriculum.
Administrative - In order to prepare our interns for positions in
music and creative arts within The Salvation Army, it is imperative
they learn about preparing for camps and Salvation Army processes
and procedures. Each intern will take part in standard day-to-day
functions such as staff meetings, camp preparation, library
maintenance, and training in other related areas as deemed
appropriate by the TMS.
