Job Description:
A company is looking for an Idea Mentor to drive innovation and
inspire creativity in content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate idea briefs, approve winners, and provide actionable
feedback
Mentor team members, identify strengths, and create growth
plans
Research trends and lead experiments on content topics while
documenting best practices
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in content creation or idea
generation
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and evaluate idea
potential
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Exceptional multitasking and deadline management skills
Fluency in Spanish at C1 level and English at B2 level
