Marketing Cloud ecosystem.As the Marketing Cloud Technical Lead,
you will own the technical architecture and development of
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integrations, data
accuracy, and robust automations to support the Small Business Team
(OnDeck and Headway Capital). This includes managing advanced
customizations, designing data models, optimizing performance, and
enabling sophisticated lifecycle marketing journeys. If you're

- Leading and ensuring the successful execution of Salesforce
Marketing Cloud from a technical standpoint.
- Manage and oversee the technical design, roadmap, development
and operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud MarTech and data
capability to support campaigns and journey programs.
- Lead Marketing Cloud data modeling and architecture including
data extension modeling and cross-product data architecture &
mapping.
- Identify and execute improved data flows between platforms to
generate increased automation and personalization.
- Structuring data to support automated journeys, segmentation,
and dynamic content for lifecycle campaigns like onboarding,
retention, or win-back efforts.
- Foster an agile and collaborative environment that prioritizes
fast execution and continuous improvement of SFMC MarTech and data
capability.
- Act as internal team pro to interface with internal & external
SF & SFMC team.
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to gather and
translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Hands-on approach to executing improvements to platforms that
interact with the SFMC product.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance.
- 6-10 years experience in SFMC, MarTech, Sales Platform
Enablement CRM, or a related field, preferably in financial
services or subscription-based businesses.
- Expertise working with SalesForce and Snow Flake. Ability to
use the Sales Cloud data model and objects to power Marketing
Cloud. Understanding of multi-cloud solutions and data
integrations.
- Expertise with SMS and is well versed in the best practices of
CAN-SPAM and TCPA laws.
- Proven ability to interpret and analyse complex information,
extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision
making. Curiosity as a cornerstone of your work, inspiring you to
ask questions, explore new ideas, and innovate in collaboration
with others.
- Proven analytical mindset to set, monitor, and evaluate success
metrics across email and SMS always-on and campaigns.
- The mindset of a CRM marketer (not exclusively a tech mind) and
have the ability to flex into building campaigns across email and
SMS when team bandwidth requires it.
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence
stakeholders, and build strong partnerships to achieve shared
goals.
- A self-motivated and autonomous approach, with a proven ability
to manage multiple initiatives, deliver results, and drive projects
