A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer, Team
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Identify ownership for each part of the customer journey and
collaborate with account management
Lead a team to drive continuous improvement and manage customer
escalations
Oversee customer onboarding, training, and support processes while
monitoring technical issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account
Management, or related fields
2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Engineer Team Lead
Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to
analyze customer metrics
Proven track record in defining and executing customer journeys
Bachelor's degree required
