Job Description:

HIL Test Engineer, Mossville (Chicago, IL)Description:This role is for an HIL engineer. The HIL engineer will set up HIL systems, do plant modeling for the HIL, and test software that is being released. Some harness development may be required.Responsibilities:

Setting up HIL hardware
Testing software
Documenting test resultsTechnical Skills Required:
- Understanding of HIL systems
- Use of Matlab / SimulinkDesired Skills:
  - Experience with GIT
  - Experience with Python
  - Understanding of electric drives or power electronicsSoft Skills Required:
    - Will to work with othersEducation & Experience Required:
      - BS EE, CE or ME or related engineering degree
      - 2-4 years of experience relevant to software development or testing.Department: Preferred VendorsThis is a contract position.
