They have an opening in their Engineering group for a Project Engineer to be based in the suburbs of Chicago with the added flexibility of hybrid work. The ideal candidate must have previous industry experience as both a process engineer and a project engineer.As a Project Engineer, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Prepare and manage project documentation, estimates, schedules, etc.
• Plan and coordinate optimization activities and process development
• Manage projects from conception to implementation
• Adhere to safety guidelines, standards, and expectations locally, federally, and company-wide
• Work cross-functionally to coordinate project workSalary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 + bonusJob Code: 1/8infoJCJob RequirementsAs a Project Engineer, job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in chemical or related industry
