interactive tool.Job OverviewAs a Senior QA Engineer, you will play
a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our digital
products and system integrations. You will lead test planning,
strategy, and execution, while collaborating with engineering and
product teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires
hands-on QA testing expertise, a strong understanding of
performance testing, and familiarity with cloud monitoring tools
and A/B testing. Experience with health tech startups and
automation testing is a bonus.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, QA strategies, and
processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conduct hands-on manual testing of mobile and web applications,
focusing on functional, acceptance, regression, and exploratory
testing.
- Lead performance and stress testing, identifying and resolving
bottlenecks to enhance product performance.
- Oversee compliance, accuracy, and coverage testing for AI
subsystems and product features.
- Utilize cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Datadog,
and Hotjar to track performance and identify issues.
- Support A/B testing efforts, ensuring proper implementation and
validation of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
product, and design, to align on testing requirements and quality
objectives.
- Own the overall product quality, ensuring a seamless and
reliable user experience.
- Identify and assist engineering resolve issues related to
system integrations and API interactions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance on QA best practices and
tools.
- Support engineering and product teams with acceptance and
regression testing during sprints and releases.Preferred
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manual QA testing for digital mobile and
web applications.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and API
testing.
- Expertise in performance and stress testing and identifying
performance bottlenecks.
- Proficiency in cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch,
Datadog, and Hotjar.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, as well as experience in
compliance, accuracy, and coverage testing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools.
- Strong ability to manage test plans, define strategies, and
improve QA processes.
- Experience in health tech or working in a fast-paced startup
environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with
cross-functional teams.Bonus Skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as
Playwright or Cypress.
- Hands-on experience in building and scaling automation
frameworks.
- Experience with product security and penetration testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and integrating automated
