As a strategic sourcing procurement manager, you will be a key player in driving impactful procurement strategies across the country.The strategic sourcing procurement manager will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and execute packaging procurement strategies to support the company's short- and long-term goals, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and external partners.
• Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiations, re-engineering specifications, and exploring multi-year or single sourcing opportunities.
• Lead procurement initiatives, including tenders, supplier selection, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and risk management strategies in alignment with business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement for key categories, ensuring spend management KPIs are met and contracts are in place.
• Propose innovative projects and solutions to enhance efficiency, revenue, EBITDA, and capital expenditures through value-creating strategies and case studies.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience within procurement
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
