As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH Wireless is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Assistant Store Manager to join our team.Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHourly pay PLUS aggressive discretionary sales incentive structure.Those who are motivated in sales, customer service, and thrive in a small team environment are encouraged to apply.Job Purpose:

Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one-on-one meetings, and on-the-spot redirect coaching.
This position reports directly to the Retail Wireless Store Manager.
Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross-selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.
