A company is looking for a Lead Digital Test & Learn Manager to
optimize digital strategies and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct A/B testing and analyze web traffic to improve customer
engagement and digital performance
Collaborate with teams to define a data-driven roadmap for
personalization in the Medicare shopping experience
Provide actionable recommendations based on business metrics and
customer feedback to enhance website performance
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of A/B testing and personalization experience
3+ years of experience managing deliverables in a team
environment
Proven track record in managing the product experimentation
cycle
Ability to autonomously problem-solve and prioritize work based on
business value
