Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for
developing and implementing account plans to enhance client
relationships and drive financial results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives to
ensure high-quality service delivery
Build and manage high-performing teams while fostering
collaboration and ensuring compliance with contract
requirements
Oversee financial management of the account, including budgeting,
forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar post-graduate studies
preferred
Extensive business experience in facility management or related
fields
Solid understanding of government procurement requirements and real
estate industry fundamentals
Proven ability to build effective relationships with clients and
internal teams
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on talent development
and performance management
