Position: Assistant to the Franchise Director
Location: American Shaman Franchise System, LLC
Pay: $17 - $20/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Type: Full-Time

We are a dynamic and growing franchise dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and versatile Assistant to the Franchise Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting various aspects of franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Franchise Director, handling tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Create, edit, and manage documents using office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Design promotional materials, flyers, and other graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
Maintain schedules, organize files, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide excellent customer service, including handling challenging customer and employee interactions with professionalism.
Assist in multi-tasking across various projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills.Requirements:
Proficiency in multiple office software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Experience creating graphics and marketing materials using Canva or other design programs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, including experience in resolving complex customer and employee issues.
Punctual, dependable, and able to attend work regularly.
Prior experience in the franchise industry is a bonus but not required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
