Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director - Workflow Engine /
Connectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable workflow
orchestration engines and third-party application connectors
Mentor engineering talent and manage a high-performing team focused
on workflow engines and connectors
Drive Agile practices to ensure effective planning and delivery of
high-quality solutions
Required Qualifications:
Deep understanding of workflow orchestration concepts and
experience with orchestration frameworks
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or
Go
10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on
workflow orchestration and connector development
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and
containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker
Strong track record of implementing Agile practices in software
development
