A company is looking for a Director of Performance Strategy &
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team to execute high-volume programmatic
advertising campaigns
Consult with Sales and Client Services to create growth strategies
aligned with client goals
Develop trading and optimization best practices and lead process
improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
8 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on
campaign management or analytics
Proven analytical abilities demonstrated through academic
achievement or work experience
Experience in programmatic trading is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and a passion for continuous
improvement
Experience in vendor management is a plus
