• Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal/store sales and developing a high-performing, motivated team.
• Cultivate a positive environment that supports MobileOne's values.
• Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable.
• Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.
• Stay on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensure that sales representatives are updated on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with the guidelines set by T-Mobile and MobileOne.
• Help ensure the store is fully staffed by assisting with the recruiting process and program.
• Keep the store looking its best for our customers.

• Experience managing people, with the ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old.
