JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR - Coordinator play a pivotal role in Supporting the Human Resources department by executing various administrative tasks and coordinating HR functions. This position involves managing employee records, and provides primary administrative support to the Human Resource department.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing correspondence.

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, audits and presentations
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
      
      
      
      • 
        
      • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR personnel
        
        
        
        • 
          
        • Assist in the resolution of basic employee relation issues such as assigning employee badges
          
          
          
          • 
            
          • Assist with Employee Onboarding of new hire documents as well as Offboarding documents for terminations
            
            
            
            • 
              
            • Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and any changes to HR laws and policies
              
              
              
              • 
                
              • Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
                
                
                EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
                
                
                • 
                  
                • AA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
                  
                • 3-years proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources
                  
                • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
                  
                • Excellent organizational and time management skills
                  
                • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
                  
                • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
