Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Operations Advisor 2.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain all hiring requisition data
Act as the point of contact for new and backfill requisition
requests, facilitating the approval and creation process
Ensure data accuracy across systems and track reporting for all
open and in-process hiring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
required
3+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced
environment in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience managing a high volume of requests efficiently
2-4 years of customer service-related experience required
