Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will
work closely with leadership to enhance organizational talent and
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the performance review and management process, providing
guidance on goal setting and personnel decisions
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify gaps and execute
initiatives for employee retention and engagement
Champion company culture through employee recognition programs and
regular feedback sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in human resources or people operations,
focusing on talent development in a startup environment
Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) strongly preferred
