Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trainer I, Operational Performance
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training sessions, including new hire orientation and
role-based training, using virtual learning platforms
Perform training and policy maintenance tasks, including managing
LMS activities and training documentation projects
Collaborate with operational owners to assess training needs and
develop relevant training materials
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Revenue Cycle
Management (RCM)
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification
required within 9 months of hire
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
Experience in virtual facilitation and training development
