Job Description:

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Fast Formulas Developer.



Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document fast formula requirements and develop Fast formulas in collaboration with Absence, OTL, and Payroll administrators
Develop and customize fast formulas for Absence, Payroll, and OTL modules
Support payroll runs and assist users during the payroll process


Required Qualifications:

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Absence, Payroll, and OTL modules
Extensive hands-on experience in developing and customizing fast formulas
Proficiency in creating reports using OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts
Solid understanding of payroll processes and ability to support payroll runs
Background in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (techno-functional experience) is preferred
