  Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Leadership: Work closely with firm leadership to understand staffing needs, growth plans, and firm culture to ensure recruitment efforts align with strategic goals.

  • Oversee Summer Associate and Internship Programs: Manage the firm's prestigious summer associate program, ensuring the experience is aligned with the firm's standards of excellence.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Law Firm Background: A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with direct law firm experience.
