Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their
commercial legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements relevant to a
technology company
Provide strategic counsel on various business initiatives
Support the privacy program and maintain knowledge of applicable
laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a law firm and/or technology company
J.D. from a well-regarded law school and active good standing with
at least one state bar
Experience with commercial transactions in a fast-paced
environment
Superb drafting and negotiation skills
Familiarity with K-12 public school contracting is a plus
