Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Sr. Counsel, Retirement Plan
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support on retirement plan products,
marketing, and compliance
Draft and negotiate service and settlement agreements, as well as
contracts with partners
Analyze legal developments and communicate risks to senior
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree and J.D. from an ABA-approved school
10+ years of experience as a retirement plans attorney
5-7 years of experience with product development in retirement
plans
Knowledge of ERISA, 403(b), 457, and deferred compensation
plans
Insurance and securities law experience is a plus
