Job Description:
A company is looking for a FinTech / Commercial Payments Counsel
for a full-time, remote, 3-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Review and draft commercial agreements related to payments products
across all business lines
Negotiate terms internally and externally to benefit the
organization
Provide legal counsel on commercial transactions, focusing on
payments and banking services
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with
significant experience in payments and banking law
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
requirements
Prior experience with complex procurement agreements or
payments-related agreements
