Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transactional Attorney to join their
team on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, redline, and negotiate commercial office space leases,
purchase and sale agreements, and other business contracts
Conduct legal research, analyze, and summarize legal documents
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and contract best
practices
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in any U.S. state
3-10+ years of corporate transactional experience, preferably in
real estate
Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
