Our client, Infinity Strategic Partners, a growing financial services firm located in Northbrook is seeking a--strategic Client Associate team member to perform administrative duties. (Candidate should be located a reasonable commute from Northbrook).Duties include:Working with 401K clients, setting up meetings, managing plans.Keeping track of client requests, distributions, loans.Preparing applications for new investment accounts.Following up with clients and service center.Creating investment reports with various parameters.Monitoring work flow and prioritizing work assignments.Maintaining compliance files.Invoice tracking on financial plansQualifications and requirements include:Bachelor's degree preferred.At least one--year--work experience, will consider entry level candidates.Never declared bankruptcy - credit check and fingerprinting a must.Strategic thinker that can suggest process efficiencies.Self-starter and highly organized.Experience with Word, Excel, and savvy with online software tools.Ability to work with other support personnel.Awesome opportunity for someone who wants an opportunity in the financial services industry and looking to contribute meaningfully.
