Job Description:
A company is looking for a JSM Strategic Solutions Executive to
align innovative cloud strategies with technology solutions for
large customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customer account teams to develop and implement IT
and operations strategies
Conduct executive-level solution demonstrations, articulating
business value and ROI
Serve as a trusted advisor, driving innovative solutions for
technical wins
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a strategic solutions or similar role,
preferably in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or ESM
Experience interacting with C-level executives and leading at
second or third line management
Passion for adopting new ways of working and championing modern
frameworks like ITIL 4, IT4IT, DevOps, and Agile
Experience with Atlassian tools or similar capabilities with
competitors like ServiceNow or BMC
Experience working with large complex organizations, preferably in
management positions
