A company is looking for a Bilingual Referral Coordinator
(Remote, Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals to ensure timely
scheduling of appointments
Schedule primary care and specialist appointments for patients
Verify patient insurance and coordinate necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
1+ years of backend healthcare and/or operations experience in a
fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
Strong technical skills with multiple technology platforms
Requires a quiet, HIPAA compliant workspace with internet
access
