Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Consultant to assist
customers in utilizing the Pulse software platform.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze assistance requests through the JIRA Pulse
Portal and escalate unresolved issues
Monitor production and automation dashboards to identify and report
potential system issues
Perform basic validation of customer-reported issues and
communicate findings to appropriate teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience utilizing the Pulse coding
platform
Experience working remotely
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
suite
Basic knowledge of Medical Coding
Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing is
desired
