Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Analyst to
work with global clients in resolving software issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment,
including client escalations and virtual meetings
Develop expertise in the application's functional areas and assist
in creating/updating Knowledge Base content
Participate in testing and verification of fixes/new features and
provide support for product enhancements
Required Qualifications
Experience with Windows OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft
Teams
Experience working with Infor FSM Financials Software
Experience in resolving issues for global clients
SQL query writing experience is preferred
Experience in a business setting such as healthcare or public
sector is preferred
