DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and
maintaining customer relationships within an assigned geographic
territory, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. This
role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and
sales execution to promote our products and services
effectively.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth:Proactively identify and pursue new business
opportunities within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales
goals.
- Customer Relationships:Build and nurture long-term
relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as
their primary point of contact.
- Territory Management:Plan and execute territory strategies,
including customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups, to
maximize market coverage and sales potential.
- Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of company
products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate
value propositions to customers.
- Account Management:Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring
customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns and
providing tailored solutions.
- Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities,
pipeline updates, and account information in the CRM system.
- Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including
marketing and operations, to align efforts and deliver
customer-centric solutions.
- Market Insights:Gather and analyze market data to identify
trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales
strategies.Qualifications
- Individual must be located in the Chicago area.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably
in a territory-based role.
- Min 5+ years of sales experience.
- Specific knowledge of architectural products is highly
desired.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and
prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused
mindset.
- Solid working knowledge of the contract sales process.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
is preferred but not required.

- Base: 100k - 120k, + monthly commission/bonus structure. -
First year Package: $200k
