Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer engagement through various
communication channels
Demonstrate product value and identify upsell and cross-sell
opportunities
Capture customer insights to optimize product and marketing
strategies
Required Qualifications
Over 3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment with SMB or
enterprise accounts
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
Experience managing a high volume of leads through multiple
channels
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on doing things right
