Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Senior Representative
to manage complex client inquiries and provide detailed
analyses.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to complicated inquiries and collaborate with
cross-functional departments to resolve issues
Analyze escalations by investigating root causes and providing
detailed reports for management
Monitor and report on trending data related to issues and potential
solutions on a weekly basis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care, or equivalent
experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in a client relations role,
preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficient understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle Services
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high
productivity and accuracy
