This position will have the option to work a hybrid schedule,
with two days from home after three months of employment, with the
remainder working in our office out of Schaumburg, IL.BISCO--is
seeking an ambitious--Sales Representative--to join our thriving
organization. We are an internationally recognized manufacturer of
medical devices for the dental industry, specializing in the
advancement and research of adhesive and composite technology. Our
Sales Representatives play an important part in helping us grow,
and we are seeking candidates for an Inside Sales position.The
Sales Representative is responsible for selling to new and current
customers. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys
teaching, as our Sales team often works directly with our
customers. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.--The
right candidate will have excellent written and verbal English
communication skills, superb interpersonal abilities, and will be a
quick learner. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales

industry.--Spanish speaking capabilities are a plus, but not
required.--To the right Sales Representative, we offer:Competitive
base starting at $50,000 to $52,000 commensurate with experience,
plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. First year on-target total
compensation of $60,000 - $70,000Medical, dental, vision insurance,

Representative:Contact potential new, existing and former
customersFoster customer connections by establishing meaningful
relationshipsSome local and overnight travel, dependent on
experienceAttend trade shows, as required, to meet customers in
person, and provide "hands on" assistanceTeach and train our
customers on our productsActively maintain a working knowledge of
our products and the industryRequirements for the Sales
Representative:B2B sales experience or experience in the dental
industryBachelor's Degree preferredAbility to drive rental cars on
occasionComputer and technologically savvyAble to lift up to 50
pounds occasionallyLegally authorized to work in the U.S. and do
not now, and will not in the future, require sponsorship for
