Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director & Solution Lead - ESG
Regulatory Advisory Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the expansion and refinement of ESG Regulatory Advisory
service offerings and ensure operational excellence
Act as a senior leader on client engagements, advising on ESG
compliance needs and integrating them with broader sustainability
priorities
Drive profitable growth and develop strategic plans, while
fostering a high-performing team culture
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
15+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with at least 7
years focused on ESG or related areas
J.D. or equivalent law degree, or a Master's degree in a relevant
field
Deep expertise in the evolving ESG regulatory landscape
Proficiency in ESG-related technologies and compliance management
software
Experience managing P&L in a professional services setting
