Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Director to lead client
projects and internal teams in the healthcare marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain productive working relationships to drive
agency success
Develop and align on key agency/client documents that drive
success
Supervise, train, and mentor team members to develop their skills
and careers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
or equivalent experience
5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency
environment
Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with
organizational skills
Experience working on therapeutic brands is a plus
Previous experience managing junior staff preferred
