Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Design to lead and grow a

Key Responsibilities
Establish and communicate a compelling design vision that aligns
with business goals and client success metrics
Lead design projects to improve conversion rates and customer
engagement, partnering with cross-functional teams
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing design team while
developing scalable processes for creative work
Required Qualifications
8+ years in design, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
Proven ability to synthesize business goals and user needs into
impactful designs
Experience implementing design systems and workflows for efficient
output
Deep familiarity with design software such as Figma and Adobe
Creative Suite
Comfort with data analysis and usability testing to inform design
decisions
