    Wage: Up to $41.00 per hour
    Your Impact as a Staff Development RN:
    
    • 
      
    • Lead the professional development of clinical team members
      
    • Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new clinical staff
      
    • Conduct engaging 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with new hires to ensure a smooth transition
      
    • Provide ongoing education, training, and support to staff
      
    • Conduct regular rounding to maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction
      
    • Oversee employee health records and educational programs
      
    • Organize and facilitate new employee orientations for both the campus and the nursing department
      
      What You Bring to the Team:
      
      • 
        
      • Associate's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
        
      • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
        
      • Minimum of 5 years RN experience
